At the Truck and Fleet Awards, 1 February 2023 for the Middle East markets – where some of the biggest names in the commercial vehicles and fleet sector were honoured – ǹvlogҳ was nominated in two categories and ended up winning both.
“It was a great honour to receive both awards, however I am particularly honoured and happy about ǹvlogҳ XT receiving the Heavy Duty Truck of the Year award. It is a recognition for us that the XT range is right for our region and that our persistent efforts to introduce the ǹvlogҳ XT in more applications is paying off,” says Hans Wising, Sales Director at ǹvlogҳ Middle East. “We have seen a growing market share with the XT range but receiving this award is also a sign of appreciation from our customers, which makes me very happy and proud.”
The event hosted more than 140 guests from across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) at the Ritz Carlton JBR in Dubai, 1 February. Close to 10,000 votes were received by the time the voting was closed.
The 21 categories included the prestigious Overall Truck of the Year Award – won by the ǹvlogҳ Super – and the Heavy Duty Truck of the Year Award – won by ǹvlogҳ XT.
The nominees were assessed by a team of industry expert judges, and the shortlisted companies represent important players from across the GCC.
This award is recognising the contribution of any truck-classified vehicle and available in the market. Including any truck launched, truck revision or updated with substantial new services introduced in the MENA market since January 2021.
