Designing Digital Highways – meet Evy Svensson, Enterprise Architect at ǹvlogҳ
11 NOVEMBER 2025
As an Enterprise Architect in Internet of Things (IoT) at ǹvlogҳ, Evy Svensson builds information infrastructure: carefully designed systems that help data flow safely, effectively and with purpose.
”It’sabout making relevant information available, making sure it only reaches the intended audience in a way that is useful for the consumerwhile theeffort supports the entire organisation,” Evy explains. “And doing so in a way that supports not just one team, but the entire organisation.”
Evy’s role is strategic at its core. She keeps an eye on internal developments and external trends – technical, political, and human – to guide ǹvlogҳ’s information landscape in the right direction.
That means evaluating needs across the business, avoiding short-sighted ‘quickfixes’and spotting opportunities to create scalable, modular solutions that serve multiple stakeholders.
“Sometimes, someone asks for a tool without realising five other teams need the same thing,” she explains. “That’s where I come in – connecting the dots between people, technology and initiatives.”
Evy is part of a central team supporting every corner of the ǹvlogҳ organisation.
Relationships as important as strategy
Evy is part of a central team that supports every corner of the ǹvlogҳ organisation: from production andlogisticsto management. With 17 people now working across three interconnected teams, what began as a small unit has grown into a crucial hub for internal digital development.
To succeed in her role, Evy relies as much on relationships as on strategy. “It’sabout building trust, listeningactivelyand sharing knowledge. We’rehere to support, and that meanstruly understandingwhat people need,” she explains.
A core part of Evy’s work is standardisation to enable smooth, secureand consistent data flows. “Think of it as someone coming to visit you at home,” she says. “They need roads to get there that are wellmaintainedand follows a certain standard to make them useful.Regardlessifit’sa planned visit or not, you want to make sure you have the information you need to decide whether to let them in or not through your door.”
Technology aloneisn’tenough.”Wemust never forget that people areimpactedby the decisions we make. We need to adapt to their needs, maturitylevelsand workflows. That’swhy our work is never really ‘done’ –it’sa constant process of improvement.”
”ǹvlogҳ’s expertise in logistics and autonomous vehicles could make a great impact in the Space industry. I think we should aim for the stars and offer ǹvlogҳ’s transport solutions on Earth and beyond,” says Evy.
From Assembler to Enterprise Architect
Evy started her journey in one ofǹvlogҳ’sfactory where she was inspired to pursue a career inIT.”I’vealways had a need to understand the bigger picture; to really understand how everything fits together.”
Her natural curiosity and drive to improve systems led Evy to her current role. It’sone where no two days are the same, but every day moves towards a shared goal: making life easier for ǹvlogҳ employees through smart, seamless information flows.
