�ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance started as an in-house assistance service in 1998 with one support centre based in Södertälje, Sweden and has now expanded to 15 locations globally, supporting all �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� customers in 52 countries.

All six West Pennine Trucks depots play their part in providing �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance support to customers across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Mid-Wales, handling well over 2,000 cases each year. Our �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance team is made up of expert field technicians, who specialise in all of �ǹ�vlog������ҳ��’s products including truck, bus, coach and marine.

Richard Gilliland, Aftersales Director of West Pennine Trucks explains, “�ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance is an incredibly important part of our offering. We focus on putting our customers first and when they have a breakdown, we will be on the road to help as soon as the van is loaded with the relevant parts”.

One of West Pennine Trucks most experience �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance technicians is Pete Armstrong who is based at our Trafford Park depot in Greater Manchester.

Pete has worked at West Pennine Trucks for over 20 years and travels not only across the UK but around the world providing customers with support. Essentially Pete covers everything from crushers and shredders to boats, trucks and buses.

Pete Armstrong, Master Technician said, “�ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance calls come when our customers need us most. I think you must understand it can be a difficult time for the customer and so when you arrive you need to use your experience and knowledge to resolve their problem as quickly as possible. Even though this can sometimes be stressful, you do get the ultimate reward, which is getting the customer up and running again.”

West Pennine Trucks depots have rotas to make sure that there is always a �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� trained technician available to cover �ǹ�vlog������ҳ�� Assistance calls.
