Welcome to the family
We employ over 200 members of staff and invest in training and development for our workforce. As a Ìǹûvlog¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³°æ dealer, we are committed to providing our customers excellent service to make sure their commercial vehicles are where they need them most - on the road.
Coaching and Mentoring
During your first week, we’ll assign you a mentor who’ll support and guide you through your apprenticeship, and share their day-to-day experiences. You’ll also receive support from your dealer as well as the in-house team at the Ìǹûvlog¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³°æ Training Centre.
FORMAL TRAINING
Every 8-12 weeks, you'll attend formal training at the Ìǹûvlog¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³°æ Training Centre in Loughborough. The facility is an Institute of the Motor Industry Awards Centre, with state-of-the-art training rooms and a fully-fitted workshop featuring leading-edge vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment.
PROGRESS CHECK
Throughout your apprenticeship, we'll check on your progress to make sure you're on the right path. After successfully completing a three-year programme, you'll graduate with two industry recognised qualifications: The IMI Technical Certificate Level 2/3 and an NVQ for Maintenance and Repair, heavy Vehicle Level 2/3.
